AMCC is home to S&T’s diverse suite of advanced materials characterization equipment, including scanning and transmission electron microscopes, High-resolution 3D X-ray micro-computed tomography system, X-ray diffractometers, nanoindenter, glow discharge depth profiler, atomic force microscope, x-ray photoemission spectrometer, x-ray fluorescence spectrometer, and thermal analyzers.
